Research Interest: Abstract: To investigate the impact of the internet-based multi-dimensional collaborative continuing care for patients with cervical cancer after laparoscopic total hysterectomy on their self-care ability and quality of life. Methods: A total of 152 patients with cervical cancer who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups (76 cases in each group) according to the admission time sequence from January 2022 to January 2024. Both groups received conventional care for 6 months, while the study group additionally received internet-based multi-dimensional collaborative continuing care. The self-care ability, health promotion behavior levels, and quality of life of the patients before intervention and after 6 months of intervention were compared between the two groups. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups after 6 months of intervention was counted. Results: After 6 months of intervention, the scores of the Self-Care Agency Scale (135.5±7.7 points), Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ (133.2±8.1 points), and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Cervix Scale (140.8±8.2 points) of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (115.0±8.5 points, 115.5±10.2 points, and 128.8±9.6 points, respectively). The total nursing satisfaction (95.9%) of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.1%) (all P<0.05). Conclusion: The internet-based multi-dimensional collaborative continuing care for patients with cervical cancer after laparoscopic total hysterectomy can improve their self-care ability, health promotion behavior level, and quality of life, as well as increase their nursing satisfaction.
